  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 cup coriander (cilantro leaves)
  • 1/2 cup cashews (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 chilli (red bird’s-eye, thinly sliced)
  • steamed rice (optional, to serve)
