Mmmmmm so so tasty! This recipe is so simple and quick that I think I’m going to try to make it a regular if I have almonds handy. I’ve always enjoyed green bean amandine, so I figured this chicken would be wonderful as well. The only real difference I did was subbed chicken breasts for the thighs, because thighs are too fatty for me now.

Amazing! Made it with boneless skinless chicken breast and only had to adjust the cooking slightly. Next time I’ll butterfly them first and use less lemon.

We added some Parmesan as a topping but it was very good! We ate it over rice orzo would have been better ;)

Delicious and easy to make. This one will be a family favorite for sure. Might try it with boneless chicken breasts next time although the thighs worked nicely.
