fantastic! i did a bit of tweaking, when i shredded the chicken, in the pan i added chopped onions ×2 and 250g diced chorizo, 1tblsp wet garlic and wholegrain mustard and the pepper, a half a pkt of 3 cheese mix (cheddar,mozzarella and parmesan) from the deli dept at woolworths and a 250g tub of cream cheese, set it aside and then drained my lasagne sheets, which were the corrugated ones, shorter and wider than the ones you used. (they fell apart a little, so i just overlapped them). I then stuffed and rolled and i also didnt have enough alfredo sauce so i mixed some belchamel sauce with it on the base under the rolls. put them in casserole dishes and topped with more if the sauce and 3 cheese mix... it was so delicious. thank you.. love it. 😊😋
