This recipe was was to runny for me. I added flour and it was still runny. I also added seasoning because it is bland. Not a bad receipe (as all the ingredients are correct) just the measurements are off. I'm going to try again and just eyeball it.
*I am going to eat leftovers and see if the sauce gets thick.

We thought the sauce would be plentiful, so we halved the recipe for sauce and still had leftovers after 4 of us ate (10 & 7 yo kids). Of the 2 cups of heavy cream, we replaced 3/4 C. with chicken broth (1.25 C cream & 3/4 broth). It was definitely a bit thinner, but felt less "heavy" for the waistline.

My toddler loves it! He’s picky and it made a lot so freezing some for leftover night

Great recipe, very moist chicken and the Alfredo sauce was perfect. Would recommend, especially for a quick dinner.
