- 8 oz. chicken strips (1 package, chickenless, I use Gardein or Trader Joe's)
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 red onion (sliced)
- 1/4 onion (sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 slice medium red bell pepper
- 1/2 slice medium green bell pepper
- 1/2 slice purple bell peppers (medium, optional)
- 6 corn tortillas (or 4 medium flour tortillas, heated)
