- 1/2 cup forbidden rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups mango (16 fl. oz, puree)
- pineapple slices (as needed)
- grapes (Purple seedless)
- 3 cups bread flour (I used Bob's Red Mill Artisan Bread flour.)
- 1 5/8 cups warm water
- 1 tsp. yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. gluten (Vital, *, ONLY if using all purpose flour)
- 3 Tbsp. buttermilk (whisked yogurt or kefir for brushing.)
- 1 citrus (large Buddha's hand)
- 10 chillies (red arbol)
- 15 sprigs curry leaves
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tamarind pulp (large marble sized piece of)
- 1/4 tsp. asafetida (powder)
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
