Made these for my niece who has recently been diagnosed with Crohn's. Substituted flaxseed meal for xanthan gum, doubled the amount of blueberries. Very good, considering no dairy products in recipe. Assuming 2/3 measurement was 2/3 of a cup since there is no other sugar products in here.
