- 6 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups milk (you can use dairy or a non dairy milk like almond milk, soy, cashew or coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (honey or other desired sweetener, plus more for optional topping)
- berries (seasonal, or fruit for mixing in, or topping, optional)
- canela (or spice mix, for topping, optional)
- 6 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 cups milk (or same amount non dairy milk like almond, soy, cashew or coconut)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (optional, or honey or preferred sweetener)
- berries (seasonal, or fruit optional)
- canela (or spice mix for topping optional, amount to taste, "Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar Spice Mixture" or "Cinnamon Sugar Mixture", search on LLS)

Not enough chia seeds for 2 cups of milk(I used coconut). This came
out like thick milk. I had to combine and add more chia seeds and refill my dessert cups.
