This is a great ratio! I added a bit of almond extract as well; very good chia pudding recipe.

Yummy! I love all the variations I made mine in the smallest mason jars so they were portioned out

So easy and delicious!
For those who didn't get the pudding consistency -- make sure you stir the seeds well to avoid the seeds clumping together or settling at the bottom. The seeds need to be surrounded in moisture for them to start "gelling" and getting that pudding consistency.

Awesome recipe! I throw all the ingredients into a mason jar and shake it together. I add some Monkfruit sugar and make the coco powder version. I’ve made it a couple times with success. Super easy and highly recommend. Very filling and healthy breakfast or just to snack on.

It tasted good but mine didn’t get the pudding texture. It was still basically liquid. Any suggestions for next time?

Great! Used Silk Almond Milk and honey as sweetener. I Let the pudding set for 24hrs. Added fresh banana and maple syrup to my second portion and let sit overnight. Tasted delish!
