- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 banana (ripe, mashed, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 can coconut milk (refrigerated overnight, or 8 hours)
- 2 tsp. sugar (I used coconut sugar. Cane or raw sugar is good too)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- cacao nibs (or chocolate chips for topping)
