- 6 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp. extract
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
- Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
- Beat Promise Spread and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy, about 3 minutes.

Amazing version of an oatmeal cookie. I used vanilla flavored yogurt instead of separate vanilla and no nuts. It was chewy and wonderful. Will make again!!!
