- 1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil (olive oil, melted coconut oil, or ghee also work)
- 1/2 cup honey (organic local, maple syrup works, too)
- 1 egg (large farm fresh brown, or egg replacement)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup raisins (or dried cranberries, or mini chocolate chips)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flaxseed (optional)
