These cookies are great! I put half of the oats and put in pecans! Delicious!!

I baked them longer; nearly twice the recommended time. That gave the cookies a little more color and a crisp edge. I also put in 3 oz of dark chocolate chunks broken from an Easter rabbit, and did semi sweet chips for the remaining 9 oz. The family oved them!

Delicious!
The hint of cinnamon is great. I added a bit of flax seed powder and split milk chocolate chips with semi-sweet chips. A favorite!

They turned out perfect! I kept them in a couple more minutes after turning off the oven and checking them. They came out with the right softness in the middle and just a hint of crisp on the outside. Great recipe!

These cookies are so soft and chewy! I followed the instructions and measurements exactly... well maybe I added a little bit extra vanilla because who can resist some good vanilla?! Anyway, I totally recommend!!! Definitely will make again!
