They have zero taste unfortunately. I think I would modify this in the future to add dehydrated fruit or chocolate, and maybe some brown sugar. Theyre healthy and low calorie but not worth it

Husband really liked them and wants me to make them again. I didn’t have applesauce so I used puréed banana instead and added cranberries, flax seed, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Easy and very tasty. Important to cool completely before cutting, they set up and stay together after refrigerated just fine.
