Loved these. I did not, and would not advise, rolling them out into the sugar after making the balls. It would have been way too much sugar. Otherwise, these were pretty perfect. Mine were a little thin but i liked that. Will definitely make them again!!!

They were so good! Once made they are refreshing and light, which makes it hard to eat just one. I used two lemons to get the 4 tbsp. Delicious!

I’ve made these twice. To make them more lemony, I added a tsp of lemon extract and yellow food coloring. No mistaking them for sugar cookies now!

Great! Love this recipe. I’m not sure why other people say they didn’t turn out tasting very lemony. Mine sure did.

These just tasted like sugar cookies to me. I even made a batch with way, way more lemon juice than called for and they tasted the same as the first batch. I would not make these again personally as I'm not a fan of sugar cookies.

Very good recipe! The cookies had a nice chewy interior, a crispy outside, and just enough lemon flavor! I will definitely make these again!

Light, delicious. Batter is wet but when added to just a tad of sugar, then are very handable & rollable.

Wow - best lemon cookies I've ever made or tried. Feeling inspired, I chilled the dough overnight and rolled them around frozen dollops of cream cheese frosting for a creme filling effect. Amazing cookies. Rave reviews from everyone!

These are delicious!!! I added about 2 T of chopped dried lavender, and used 1 cup of honey instead of 1.5+ cups of sugar and it turned out perfectly!! Will definitely be logging this as a new family favorite.

I haven’t had the best experience making desserts that are made with lemon, but these cookies turned out great! I recommend making them.

Easy to make, soft and chewy, could use a bit more lemon but I didn’t have enough zest(would have needed it)

They are the best lemon cookie ever!! Everyone’s favorite. I’ve made three batches in one week! They don’t last long. One change I made was to use half vanilla extract and half lemon extract. Yum!!

wonderful cookie, i had to tweek a little, had too much lemon juice. it came out the bottle full force. next time will pour in a cup first.😁.

I did not chill the dough at all, but followed all of the other directions. These came out with a nice lemon flavor that was not overpowering. We love lemon, so might add another tablespoon of lemon juice next time around. Overall it was a very good recipe that I will be making again.

Mine came out a little flat but taste delicious. I only chilled the batter fo 90 min. The next time I will chill it over night. The whole family loves these!
