    Easy to make, soft and chewy, could use a bit more lemon but I didn’t have enough zest(would have needed it)

    They are the best lemon cookie ever!! Everyone’s favorite. I’ve made three batches in one week! They don’t last long. One change I made was to use half vanilla extract and half lemon extract. Yum!!

    wonderful cookie, i had to tweek a little, had too much lemon juice. it came out the bottle full force. next time will pour in a cup first.😁.

    I did not chill the dough at all, but followed all of the other directions. These came out with a nice lemon flavor that was not overpowering. We love lemon, so might add another tablespoon of lemon juice next time around. Overall it was a very good recipe that I will be making again.

    Mine came out a little flat but taste delicious. I only chilled the batter fo 90 min. The next time I will chill it over night. The whole family loves these!
