- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled to almost room temp)
- 1/4 cup smooth almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey for non-vegan version)
- 1/4 cup maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 lemons
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract (organic, optional, for extra lemon flavor)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
