    This is the best recipe I have ever tried for ginger snaps!! They have the perfect balanced flavor and super chewy!
    these turned out amazing!!! ended up using margarine instead of crisco and they still turned out perfect and not flat. parchment paper is a must for these cookies though because otherwise they will flatten out in the oven
