Yummy, I don't roll in sugar. I wait until after I pull them out and sprinkle
with heavy powder sugar.

These cookies were so good. I did add crystallized ginger, finely chopped and a little bit of cardamon. I shared with neighbors and still had a lot left. I will make these again.

Turned out good, the only thing is they flattened out after taking them out of the oven. Followed recipient no modifications.

Little too much salt and baking soda. Didn’t stay soft like they were supposed to. Needed to add more ginger and crystallized ginger to get a mild ginger flavor. Good flavor otherwise.

Easy peasy, I did half the sugar and it was sweet enough for me. I added a bit of crumbled walnuts to give a bit of texture. Thumbs up!

A lovely cookie without having to change it in any way. I made half the recipe and it was great (made 30 cookies so a full recipe would be huge).

Very good. Next time I might add another 1/4 teaspoon of ginger just to make it a bit more spicy.

I added nutmeg, allspice and vanilla and it made for a very well rounded spice cookie

I made them a lot bigger, pressed them down a bit & baked for an additional 8-10 min. So yummy!

Amazing! I used fresh grated ginger and substituted some cream cheese for butter and used 1/3 less sugar and it came out just amazing!

Fantastic and really easy to make. Large batches make great Christmas presents!
