Excellent. Perfect texture. The guilty pleasure I was craving for. I took a bit of freedom and put grounded Pecan nuts instead of the desicated coconut, plus some chocolate chips and it turned out perfect. 1/2 cup of coconut milk is enough. 2/3 are too much.
