I am an experienced baker and they are not chewy. The tsp drop is too small for the oven time, turned out very crip and thin. Increased to Tbsp and the same oven time, but let them cool completely on the pans. The cookie was still thin, but the edges were crisp and soft in the center. I would probably still keep looking for a more accurate recipe and not make again.

Delicious! I halved the recipe because I was running low on sugar AND flour(!) and it was perfect for a quick late-night snack. I also substituted chocolate extract for the vanilla for an extra kick. I will definitely be making these again!
