- 1/2 cup candied walnuts (recipe below)
- 4 goat cheese (crusted, medallions, recipe below)
- balsamic vinaigrette (Cherry, to taste, recipe below)
- 1 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (loose)
- 4 oz. goat cheese (see note below)
- 3 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp. panko
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 honey (scant tablespoon)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
