I kept thinking it was missing something the whole time I was eating it. Maybe it was the crunchy texture I didn’t care for. I might make it again but needs a bit of tweaking.
2nd try making this was a little better…I added 1Tbl Cacao powder along with the nibs but it was runny…I think I added too much pomegranate & water. Still think it needs something else.
