I made this using crushed boxed tomatoes I had on hand and a ton more garlic, almost a whole head. It was delicious. Took longer to brown the meat than it did to cook it! I love my pressure cooker. There was a lot of liquid left over, so I strained it and used it as broth for making rice for another meal. (I didn't want too much of the same flavor on the plate). I served it with pressure cooker steamed potatoes. And I used a mix of kalamata and green olives, quartered to top it off.. I will make this again.
