- 125 grams glace cherries
- 5 drops red food colouring
- 400 grams condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar (210g)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 20 grams butter
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water (you may need to add a little more water if your icing is too thick to spread)
