Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 30g oat flour
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 2 egg whites (or 1 egg)
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1-2 teaspoon Natvia or du Chocolat Drink Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Splash of almond milk
- 100g frozen cherries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions
- Mix all of the pancake ingredients together (except the cherries and coconut flakes)
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes
- Heat the cherries in a microwave for 3 minutes
