Loved it! Made half, and that was enough for 3 people. Looking forward to making it again! Used almond extract instead of Vanilla, but both would be great. No cinnamon and no maple syrup, (to cut on sugar) but served it with vanilla fat free yoghurt (no added sugar) Yum! Made it a second time with raspberry. It always needs the sweet vanilla yoghurt with it though.
