Made this and it was really good. A couple ingredient changes including canned cherries (drained and strained) and Monk fruit sweetener instead of Swerve but overall the cake was moist and tasty. Considering the cake was made with Almond flour and without sugar it still looked pretty and was a nice light dessert. The glaze was a little too thick so maybe a little extra cream would help that issue so you could pour it on instead of spoon it on.
