- 1 cup milk (3.5%)
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder (preferably Dutch)
- 2 cups pitted cherries (fresh)
- 80 grams custard powder (starch, Dr. Oetker)
- 250 grams cheese curds (smooth low fat cottage)
- 250 grams mascarpone
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 Tbsp. jam (red cherries, red currants, or other berries, or black currants juice, for pink coloring)
- 2 Tbsp. cane sugar (white, or according to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 cup cherries (fresh, with stems)
- fresh mint
- chocolate icing (Dr. Oetker)
