- 1 handful fresh baby spinach (or kale)
- berries (Swap out any other, for cherries)
- 1/2 banana
- chia seeds (add , hemp or flax seeds)

- watermelon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (or Flax Meal)
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach (or baby kale)
- 1 tsp. matcha powder (1/2-)
- 1 Tbsp. butter powder (Almond)
