- 1 tsp. almond extract (or mixed essence)
- 1/2 cup dried apricots (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup dried cherries (chopped)
- 1/4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)
- oil (for greasing bowl and pan)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- icing (You can use store-bought)
