- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 black pepper (grinds of fresh)
- 1 tsp. dried mint
- parsley (optional)
- chopped fresh herbs (optional)
- chili flakes (optional)
- ground sumac (optional)
- lemon wedges (to garnish, optional)
- 1 cup greek style yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground pepper (fresh)
- 1 dill
- 1/4 cup herbs
- mint (coriander, cilantro parsley or oregano)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 English cucumber (chopped into fine dice.)
