    It turned out just as in the video which by the way was very helpful. This was my first time making pitas and it puffed up great. Next time I’ll have to double the ingredients and make two batches. I wanted to have some leftover pitas but they were gone too fast! Thank you!

    I have made this recipe several times and they turn out great. I bake mine on a cast iron flat pan in the oven...perfection.
