The flavor is ok. I felt like it was missing something besides the cumin. Also, the zucchini gets really watery if you over cook it which waters down your cream base. If you are using a vitamix blender don’t use the 60 oz cup. The portion that you are blending is very small and putting it in a big cup will not work. I had a hard time mixing ingredients because of this.

Quick & easy recipe! We added more lemon, garlic & salt; I’m on the fence about the cumin, it wasn’t so strong once other ingredients were added. Topped with cayenne pepper & crushed pistachios. Would be good with mushrooms & basil. Will try again!

This is bland and weird all at once. Won't make again. I don't think the cumin goes...there's an avocado pesto recipe that is much tastier.

I used sautéed cabbage and red bell pepper in lieu of zucchini. Very YUMMLY sauce!! Planning to use it as a salad dressing, too.

This recipe was absolutely yummy!
I didn’t add the garlic powder and added more vegetable stock and instead of avocado oil, I used regular olive oil. This is definitely a recipe I will use over and over.

it wasnt bad but it wasn't good. the cumin doesnt go with the avocado flavor. the only thing i changed was instead of using avocado oil i just used my regular oil.

Super yummy! I added turkey and mushrooms and put some almond butter in place of nutritional yeast which I didn't have and it was amazing!

No one in my family liked this. I think it's too much cumin. I'll leave that out if I ever make this again

The dish was excellent, but really filling. I added some spinach and basil for a little extra flavor. I'll definitely make this again.

I love IT so much. Shrek pasta that i can impress girls with. I added two schnitzels to it also. Tasty Quick five star dinner
