Delicious! Only thing was we had to cook it quite a bit longer to get the potatoes done all the way.

Pretty good. A little heavy on salt and the breadcrumbs distracted from the deliciousness of the creamy casserole underneath. I'll make again but skip the breadcrumbs and maybe add some quinoa for protein. 😊
