  • 1 1/2 cups fusilli (or other pasta)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 small tomatoes (chopped, or 4-5 cocktail)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced, 2 cloves)
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (I use White Linen from Costco)
  • 5 cups baby spinach (fresh, or 1 cup thawed and well-drained frozen spinach)
  • 1/3 cup black olives (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (or more to taste)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or balls, cubed)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Pretty good. Didn't really need a recipe for this. It feels like a "throw what you have in the pantry into your pasta" kind of meal.

    Didn't have garlic so I added some chopped onions. Also added some mushrooms. At the end, I spooned in 2 tbsp of sour cream and mixed it all together. The end result was amazing.

    Easy to make. Followed the directions, but it needed a lot more salt than anticipated. After cooking the chopped tomatoes down, I added 3 heaping spoons of tomato sauce then added more as needed once everything was incorporated.

    It was cheesy and yummy I used capers instead of black olives. Next time I will use more than 4 cups of spinach. Tasty

    Delicious, cut the olives back, used fresh maters from the garden, and half the mozzarella cheese I substituted with Colby jack -I ran short on mozz-, I would just use a little more pasta- I used bow tie.

    i didnt add olives because im not a psycho, but it was good! pretty easy to make. use a 10" - 12" skillet.

    It was delicious, my family loved it. Its a meal I would do again but next time I will add chicken. Note: I added 1/4 cup of onions.
