I didn’t have salsa so I just chopped up some tomatoes. I also used two kinds of cheese cause I didn’t have enough cheddar. It came out great!!! I added spinach too

This is the 2nd time that I made this it is really good. The only thing I changed was I cooked some onion with the hamburger. This dish goes over good here

Delicious. Added: 1) some cut up red onion to hamburger; 2) Sprinkle of grated sharp cheddar on top of each serving; then 3) heaping TBSP of sour cream on top of each serving; then 4) sprinkle of sliced green onion on top of each serving, plus 5) two lightly crushed Nachos sprinkled on top of each serving to finish it off. Picky grandson asked for seconds and everybody finished their plates and liked it.

I fudged the recipe a bit when I realized I didn't have a packet of taco seasoning. I used cumin and taco sauce to make up for it. Also served black beans on the side. Will definitely make this again!

So easy to do! and you can customize it from the pasta that you like of you can change the ground beef from chorizo.

I'm not sure what i expected but it tasted like salsa and taco seasoning. Good start to making tacos but with just pasta and cheese it was not good by itself. I might try again with cooked down canned diced tomatoes and double the pasta as the meat to pasta ratio was too high as well.
