I used rotel instead of salsa and I used a blend of cheese with bowtie pasta. This was great for myself and the picky eaters in our house!

Great with a few modifications such as doubling the cheese and adding peppers and onion!

This was so good. Could have used some sour cream and avocado on top, but still very good. Will make again.

Really good! Made a few mods
- used a can of rotel with green chilis
- added an onion and red pepper when browning meat. Will add green pepper next time.
- used more pasta than it called for
- used more cheese than it called for (2 cups)
- also added milk to make more of a sauce with the salsa

Great tasting and easy-and contrary to directions- Cheesy Taco Pasta is better after it rests awhile, kept warm in a low temperature oven, or refrigerated and microwaved reheated. The shells fill up with the other ingredients and the dish becomes ‘stuffed shells.’ Suggestion: serve with sour cream. Still taste good when it is cold.

This meal turned out very good and was easy to make especially being a mom of two small children. I will be passing this recipe on to my mom friend's.

Loved the idea, but the taco seasoning I used was a bust. Would recommend using the pasta water for the 3/4 cup of water to mix the seasoning. Also dice some onion in with the burger. :)

Wow Salty
I’m not sure if I oversalted my pasta water or if the combination of the cheese and the salsa made everything very salty I would add sour cream to kind of cut that if I had it

It was really good. I made it for my family and they really enjoyed it. I'm glad I made it.

Extremely easy, and quite good. This is going into the stack for nights when I need a fast dinner

Very tasty. I will try adding pickled jalapeños to garnish and add bell pepper with onions to the beef.

Delicious! Whole family loved, even my picky eater liked it. Used whole packet of taco seasoning and threw in a couple of jalepenos. Will make again

I pretty much pitched this to the kids as "hamburger helper but homemade and better" and they absolutely loved it. Super easy to make and makes a lot for cheap. It's also very delicious!

This was an easy delish recipe! The family found it ESSENTIAL to have a crunchy chip topping. With the crunchy chip topping it's a FIVE STAR meal!

In the future I would look for a salsa substitue because I made it without

Came out quite tasty, more zest to it than a store bought Hamburger Helper. Simple to make as well.

Family loved it! Added more cheese and i followed someone's review that they used sour cream as a topping. Taste even better with the sour cream.

Didn't see the part about needing shell pasta, ended up using spirals. Turned out great!
