- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. chili paste (Green, optional but add if you want spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
- 1 diced tomato (Hunt's, can, 14.5 oz)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 6 fresh basil leaves (chopped fine)
