I loved this meal. Added a side of taco mixed ground beef for my meat eating family members. They loved the meal as well.

This is a great meal! i like it in a bowl with a little sour cream or guac on top my hubby loves it on nachos either way what a great meal and my hubby didn’t conplain about no meat!

Really tasty and so easy to put together. I used pizza cheese on top as well as some cheddar then served with corn chips and sour cream. Didn’t miss the meat at all.

This is really good! I added another can of black beans. We ate this over rice and made it more into a bowl. Next time I would avocado and cilantro for a refreshing topping

It was delicious. I used 2 cans of beans and only used the red pepper instead of both black and red. My family loved it!

This is pretty good, I’ve made twice and continue the veggie load up, we enjoy with tortilla chips and avocado

This dish is delicious! I've never been real big into a lot of different vegetables. But I'm trying to change my eating habits so I tried this meatless dish. It has so much flavor! Even my daughter liked it. I don't care for dishes that are too spicey so I left out the red pepper. That didn't take away from the flavor of the dish at all. I will definitely be making this again.

Great combination of seasoning. I omitted the squash and zucchini, my husband doesn’t care for it.

I used a light layer if taco seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper. Easy to make, served it on quinoa and brown rice. Turned out delicious!

Had this with wraps on its own. Next time might add brown rice to make it last longer.

Brilliant
Loved it.
Although we put twice the amount of black beans, since it seemed too less.
Tasted good though!
Also skipped squash, couldn’t find any, but it worked out.

It was delicious! I used left over chicken and it worked beautifully. I didn't use any veggies except black beans and canned garlic tomatoes. I also used 1/2 packet of Taco Seasoning. My husband loves Mexican food and he loved the Taco Skillet. I also made cornbread to go with it. Very easy to make 😁

Made this the other day because I was looking for a vegetarian dish on Friday. It turned out pretty good! I read the comments beforehand and used a can of rotel (tomatoes and chilies) and taco seasoning instead of the other seasonings. I also added garlic powder, oregano, and a little bit of seasoned salt. I served it over brown rice to make it more filling. It was both filling and healthy. It was also SUPER easy to make. I'm a college student just learning how to cook for herself. I have leftovers and I'm happy.

I thought it was great, even my husband who eats meat thought it was tasty. Instead of all the spices I used a pack of taco seasoning and Rotel instead of salsa. It was wonderful
