I’ve made this for the second time now and it’s always amazing! Follow the directions exactly though because the first time I added less salt because I was afraid and it needed more! This time I added the exact amount and it’s perfect!

I really liked it. The kids didn’t like the onions, but with how thin they were I couldn’t understand how they found them

I added some fresh minced garlic to the cheese sauce while making the roux, it was amazing!! I just tossed in what shredded cheese we had, a bit of sharp cheddar and a bit of Colby Jack, still turned out great!

Delicious I actually forgot it under the broiler so it dried out a bit but the crunchy parts were really delicious and the potatoes were really yummy. I will definitely make this recipe again. I think when I make it again I will layer the cheese sauce with the onions and potatoes so everything gets a good coating of the cheese.
