Easy recipe to follow. I tweeked the recipe to add 2 cups of cheese. I increased the butter and flour by an additional Tablespoon and the milk by 1/4 cup. I also added diced ham to the layers and a Tablespoon of Poupon mustard. I turned the heat up to 375 F. We have made this recipe several times and love it!

Great! I added more cheese and turned the heat up some. I have a short time frame to get dinner done.

My daughter and i made these for Easter dinner tonight. They were wonderfully cheesy. We will be using this recipe again.

Loved this! Had 1/2 cup of leftover heavy cream that I substituted for some of the milk. So creamy and delicious!

The recipe is pretty good but it is clearly from a time when salt and added flavor was non existent. Standing alone this recipe NEEDS salt. I made some additional modifications to make this a serious knockout but since this started as the base, I gave it four stars

These turned out excellent! This is my new go to for cheesy potatoes. Couldn't stop eating them!!! Must make!

This is a wonderful recipe! It was very easy to make, and it tasted great! I made it without any changes except for doubling the recipe-if you do double it, use a greased 13x9 pan.
