I used bay seasoning and cayenne, left out the cream cheese but supplemented with 1/4 cup of sour cream. Good for chip and cracker dipping when it cooled off

Everyone loved it! I used Johnsonville hot sausage, and followed the skillet method. Would probably keep it warm in the crockpot for serving next time.

I've made this several times and enjoyed it every time! I couldn't find Italian Sausage so I used traditional pork sausage. I also made it with Southwest corn!

I made this today as a test run. I used HOT sausage and HOT diced tomatoes. I also threw in a bit of chilli powder. It was good for a first run. I have been snacking on it all day. Next time I may reduce the Velveeta just a tad. Great taste will make again. so easy!

Super good! Spicier than I thought it would be, but still very good. Tasted just as I thought it would.
