    These are fantastic! Cheesy and slightly sour and just overall delicious. I'm only giving 4 stars because 3 T olive oil is way too much (I only used about half that amount) and mine took about 10-12 minutes to crisp up after adding the cheese instead of the 5 minutes in the recipe.
