I cheated and used a ready made pizza dough. But next time would love to try the instant dough recipe as I think the crust flavor might put it over the top. I didn’t have thyme so ended up using rosemary instead. And also used a red onion, though I don’t think the recipe specified. I love potato pizzas and this version has become a new favorite in our house. It definitely beats the boring frozen cheese pizza slump we’ve been in (*gasp*). Oh and if the taste wasn’t delicious enough, the aroma of this concoction wafting in the air has just ensured we may never go back, it’s mouth watering.
