Great I made the cheesy sauce in a different pan and added it to the pasta kale and bacon instead of adding it to the pasta

The saltyness of the bacon against the mild cheese is definitely off putting. I think it needs to be made with much stronger cheese. Also I would recommend par boiling the kale before hand as it was still quite tough.
