I added asparagus tips at the end of cooking. Very tasty. Served it with lamb gyros.

I wanted an orzo side dish and since I had a lot of carrots in my fridge I decided to try this as a side dish for fish and salad. Easy to make and it turned out well. Has a good carrot flavor but overall pretty mild. I made the smallest portion and have tons for leftover. I think I would half the recipe and add more parmisan. Thank you for the recipe! UPDATE: I added some soy sauce to the leftovers and Wow! Yum!

Pretty good side. I doubled every ingredient that contributed flavor, except broth. Nice, moist texture
