They came out good! I didn’t flour them at the end and I was still able to make a crispy outside. Will make again.

Loved this! Have tried making potato pancakes for years but they never turn out as good as these!

Easy and flexible—season it or garnish it however you want. The proportions were exactly right for 12 3-4” cakes.
