Delicious as always! This is a cooking regular for me. So easy and quick to make..makes a great side...snack...or even breakfast! I followed the directions exactly as stated and it comes out great every time!

Absolute junk- what waste of expensive ingredients! 4 Tbsp of baking powder? You sure it’s not 4 tsp? Not sure about 1 1/3 almond flour nor 4 eggs either absolutely inedible

Looks good. Taste like baking powder. The recipe I will try again with less baking powder

so tasty! but ive used 2 eggs instead of 4 to eliminate the effy taste and i've added avout 40g of ground almonds for a better texture. Will try adding finely ground psyllium husk on the next batch for even a harder texture.

Great recipe and tastes good still without all the carbs. The dough came out very sticky and mushy, not easily making biscuits that didn't just immediately mix together in the pan. Still tastes great regardless of buiscuit form.

I did not expect them to be this good. they are fantastic. i might bake them like a focaccia next time.
i heard comments about being too moist. just wait about 5 min until things firm up.
i also heard someone comment they were too salty. you probably used baking soda instead of baking powder.

Just wondering if it’s supposed to be so moist? I like it but concerned of the moisture

Nice recipe!!! I used regular all purpose flour instead I would try again with almond flour!

This was horribly salty. I have no idea why other than the mozzarella was probably the cause. It looked and smelled great. Too bad.

Used the directions for making in muffin pan from in the comments, worked perfectly! Thought I had to be doing it wrong. And it seems like there should be an easier way to make this, but it did turn out great! I would do the muffins again over a skillet.

if you use a cookie sheet they'll come out flat but putting cheese and parsley on top for a garnish makes them look better :) they reminded me of Red Lobster Cheese Buiscuits :)

Amazingly good I haven’t had a biscuit in forever and this surpassed my expectations next time doing them in a muffin tin or mini loaf pan

I cut the recipe in half to try it but wish I’d made the full recipe. I’ve been missing bread and this definitely satisfied the craving. The consistency is much fluffier than regular bread. I didn’t leave it in the oven for the full time recommended, it only took 16 mins to get golden brown. At the end I topped it with melted butter mixed with garlic and cilantro for a little extra taste and I loved it.

Great! I cut the recipe in half and would definitely make it again, I had no problem cooking it!

They were great, the closest thing to buscuits that I've tried. The only thing I didn't like is the saltiness, I assume it's coming from the mozzarella cheese.

Turned out great! Love the jalapeño idea from a previous post. It’s even better the next day!
