This was horribly salty. I have no idea why other than the mozzarella was probably the cause. It looked and smelled great. Too bad.

All I could taste is the bitterness of the baking powder. Is 4 tablespoons correct or did read the recipe wrong?

Used the directions for making in muffin pan from in the comments, worked perfectly! Thought I had to be doing it wrong. And it seems like there should be an easier way to make this, but it did turn out great! I would do the muffins again over a skillet.

if you use a cookie sheet they'll come out flat but putting cheese and parsley on top for a garnish makes them look better :) they reminded me of Red Lobster Cheese Buiscuits :)

Amazingly good I haven’t had a biscuit in forever and this surpassed my expectations next time doing them in a muffin tin or mini loaf pan

I don't know what I did because I did everything how it was in the recipe and instructions but this did not came up good at all 😩. It never cooked inside

we really enjoyed these came out perfect. I subed one cup of the cheese with cheddar and backed in a muffin pan for 16 mins.

I cut the recipe in half to try it but wish I’d made the full recipe. I’ve been missing bread and this definitely satisfied the craving. The consistently is much fluffier than regular bread. I didn’t leave it in the for the full time recommended, it only took 16 mins to get golden brown. At the end I topped it with melted butter mixed with garlic and cilantro for a little extra taste and I loved it.

This recipe didn’t work well for me, the consistency wasn’t at all biscuit-like, it was a very eggy texture. Mine looked very different than the pictures, even though I followed the recipe exactly.

They were great, the closest thing to buscuits that I've tried. The only thing I didn't like is the saltiness, I assume it's coming from the mozzarella cheese.

Tasted salty as was mentioned previously. Probably won’t make it again… But if I did...I would try at least half sharp cheddar cheese and jalapeños.

Mine didn't hold shape it turned into cornbread type, but it is so delicious. I added garlic and onion powder to the mix and it. Great texture

after reading the reviews, i used less eggs than directed (my small batch called for 1 1/2 eggs and instead of going up to 2 I went down to 1 egg) and they came out PERFECTLY!

I found this recipe on Pinterest and had to sign on to Yummly to get directions I love it It’s the teeniest bit eggy and not like a biscuit but that makes it real moist I did try “dropping” large spoonfuls but by the time I was done, the Pan was filled I will definitely make again but will just put in pan like a cornbread delish! (PS- added about a tsp of Old Bay Seasoning)
