These are awesome! Even our carnivore looks forward to this mostly veggie meal! Also, is an easy meal that can be enjoyed any night of the week. Thanks so much for this recipe...is a regular in our menu rotation.

So good! I'll make it again! Used it for an appitizer by slicing the potatoes and drizzled the topping. Loved it!
