Very yummy, quick, and easy. It’s a hit at my house and almost never requires an extra shopping trip because we always have beef, cheese, and tortillas.

I have made this several times and it’s delicious! My very picky kids love it too. The first time I made it I used cooking spray in the pan but I highly recommend using butter because it ads an amazing flavor!

This was amazing! My roommate can’t handle super spicy stuff so I had to remove a few spices—which I replaced with some McCormick Montreal steak seasoning! Other than that, I made this recipe exactly as speicified and my roommate and I loved it! We’ll be adding this into our rotation. Thank you so much!

Turned out really good! If you would like your to have quesadillas with a lot of meat, I would suggest getting an extra pound of ground beef. All of the flavors were there but I personally would add just a bit more! Overall, really tasty

Turned out really good I realized last minute that I was short on the shedder cheese so I also used some smoked Gouda and Panela.

Didn’t have cayenne or chili pepper so skipped, but we aren’t real big spicy people anyway. Topped with shredded cabbage and drizzled taco sauce. Delicious! May add rice and sour cream next time too, yum!

This recipe also works great with chicken. I poached a pound in the microwave, shredded it, and then followed the directions as listed. Also, I didn’t have tomato paste so I substituted Campbells cheddar soup. It was cheesy and delicious. Yum!

Delicious! I just used Mexican shredded cheese and I had the small tortillas so I had lots of leftover beef. I will definitely make it again!

Fast and easy dinner. I felt like I used every spice in my cabinet in this recipe, but it was appreciated by the family. We topped them with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream.

I make these but I spread a thin layer of refried beans on the tortilla before adding the meat and cheese..I also add some chopped onion, peppers or green chilies as well. Sometimes I just use taco seasoning. serve with guacamole, salsa or sour cream.
