- sugar (– a pinch)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk

- cheese (grated – ½ cup, I used mozzarella)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander leaves
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- spice (mix, mix all ingredients together, you may add or subtract ingredients depending on their availability)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- pepper (powder – ½ tsp)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- herbs (Mixed, oregano, basil, thyme,rosemary – 1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. mango powder
